This nationally recognised course is designed for supervisors and other personnel responsible for overseeing, facilitating or auditing risk management processes within the resources and infrastructure industries.

This practical, industry-focused course will teach you how to:
- Plan and prepare workplace risk assessments
- Access and interpret risk management procedures and legislation
- Define the scope and parameters of a risk assessment
- Facilitate hazard identification activities with a work team
- Analyse potential incidents and loss scenarios
- Determine who may be exposed to workplace hazards
- Assess likelihood, consequence and overall risk levels

Participants must demonstrate the ability to carry out the risk management process on at least two occasions. This includes facilitating risk assessments, supervising others, selecting and implementing controls, communicating outcomes, auditing effectiveness and preparing written reports.
